Twenty-fifth Anniversary of School of Social Science
To mark the 25th anniversary of the founding of the School of Social Science at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Princeton, New Jersey, the institute convened a conference in the spring of 1997 at which current and former institute scholars presented essays analyzing developments within their disciplines in light of major social, political, and economic issues of the past quarter century. The Foundation provided a grant for travel and other conference expenses and will publish papers prepared for conference.
