RSF Author Zachary Parolin Awarded 2025 David N. Kershaw Award
RSF author Zachary Parolin (University of Oxford) has been awarded the 2025 David N. Kershaw Award. The David N. Kershaw Award recognizes professionals who make significant contributions to the field of public policy analysis and management before the age of 40. Parolin was awarded for his “public policy contributions toward reducing hardship and expanding opportunity.” He will give the annual Kershaw lecture and be honored at the 2025 Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management’s (APPAM) Annual Conference in Seattle, Washington this November.
Zachary Parolin is a professor of social policy, inequality, and opportunity at the University of Oxford. He is the author of RSF book Poverty in the Pandemic: Policy Lessons from COVID-19.
