Webinar: RSF-Funded Research on Reducing Racial Inequality in Crime and Justice

On Tuesday, November 15, 2022, findings from research on racial inequality in the criminal justice system, co-funded by the Russell Sage Foundation, will be presented in a webinar hosted by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM). The webinar will include an overview of NASEM’s new report Reducing Inequality in Crime and Justice: Science, Practice, and Policy, as well as a discussion of the report’s findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Speakers will include Khalil Gibran Muhammed (Harvard Kennedy School), Bruce Western (Columbia University), Daryl Atkinson (Forward Justice), Nancy Rodriguez (University of California, Irvine), and María B. Vélez (University of Maryland).
