In 2018, the Russell Sage Foundation launched a new grants management system, Fluxx, to help streamline the grant application and reporting process for applicants, grantees, reviewers, and staff.

All first-time applicants to the Russell Sage Foundation need to submit an account registration form to gain access to the application portal. We recommend that all first-time applicants submit this registration form two weeks before the applicable deadline. To submit an account registration form, please click here.
