Address on Playgrounds and Legislation in Relation Thereto

This address was published to promote the Washington Playground Bill, known as House Bill No. 3, and to push for a state-wide law which would require school boards to provide adequate playgrounds for their students. It was delivered before the State Conference of Charities and Correction in Seattle on October 6, 1908.
