This booklet, reprinted from The Journal of Educational Psychology of April 1913, discusses tests used to select people for various jobs. It notes that some tests focus on vision, hearing, and color discrimination. Other tests are psychological evaluations, which aim to select among applicants those best fitted to perform the work.
